Some files in Moodle require your home computer to have Microsoft Office or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed in order to view them. Special free reader programs are available from Microsoft for Word, Access (reports only), Excel and PowerPoint files at Microsoft.com and Adobe Acrobat Reader is downloadable from Adobe.com, which displays pdf files. If you want to be able to edit these files, you will have to buy the full programs which are available from many sources. For further information, contact IT Support.
